An Irish native, Meadhbh launched her education and career in Ireland and has since lived, worked and traveled in multiple countries, speaking multiple languages. Meadhbh’s experience is truly global in nature - leading transformation programs and talent management functions across a multitude of geographies and cultures. She has balanced visionary ideas with legal guardrails to expand early career development programs across new continents.
Meadhbh is most recognized for her achievements in skill and capability development, be it assessing current and future capability threats/ opportunities, creating a multitude of impactful and agile capability/ career frameworks, developing and deploying a skills-based emerging talent pool, or building award-winning immersive skills-based development academies.
However, this depth in capability development has not limited the breadth she has achieved in her experience to date. It ranges from deep technical HR Systems and Talent Data Analysis roles, to people-centered HR Business Partnering, Corporate Affairs and Employee Engagement roles. As a result, Meadhbh is passionate about fostering genuine and trusted relationships with leaders and that all solutions to complex problems can be driven through effective collaboration. Meadhbh feels that this approach can clarify nuance that lives within both the hard data and the qualitative lurking variables. She feels strongly about data-driven organizational design and its positive correlation with business innovation and performance. In turn, Meadhbh strives to bring an analytical maturity to talent decision making to each organization that she works with.
Meadhbh recently relocated to the Rockies so now spends the majority of her free time outdoors with her husband - hiking, running, golfing, skiing and camping.
